Vincent Chew
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Vincent has over 15 years of experience in turning ordinary people to worthy human capital and helping companies to strategize to build a sustainable & scalable business. He specialises in entrepreneurship, SMEs and leadership development. He has personally coached over 500 individuals in all walks of life, trained over 2,000 individuals, in over 100 companies and in over 20 industries (and growing). He is the co-founder of Eduvo Holistic Education & Lifelong Learning Group of Companies and the founder of Impact Coach entrepreneurship coaching system. His mission is to continuously strives to deliver hope, harmony and happiness to people he has the chance to be acquainted with.
Keith Ngai
Principal & Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Keith has over 15 years of experience in the education industry and lifelong learning for personal and organizational development. His experiences span from managing a private college, few technical & vocational academies and a chain of private kindergartens as well as training the SMEs. He is a patron of Action Learning, Lifelong Learning and Business Ethics Philosophy. Keith has trained and coached working adults, entrepreneurs and personal development in various industries, namely education, IT, real estate, beauty and retail. Keith is also appointed as the Country Director for Global University for lifelong Learning ,USA (Malaysia).
Dr. Richard Teare
Advisor
Dr Richard Teare has been committed to work and community-based learning since the mid-1990s and he has helped to create learning and development applications for numerous organizations in different parts of the world. In 2007, he co-founded the Global University for Lifelong Learning with Edward Mooney, GULL’s Chairman. Prior to his current role, he held professorships at four UK universities and he has been a journal editor for almost 30 years. His academic publications include 22 co-authored and edited books on aspects of community development, service management and organizational learning. He is co-author of Lifelong Action Learning for Community Development (Sense, 2013) and Designing Inclusive Pathways with Young Adults (Sense, 2015) the first and second in a series of books about GULL’s work with communities.
Dato Dr. Tang
Advisor
Dato Dr Vincent Tang has worked in education, public service, media and communications and business management. He has served as both a primary and high school teacher, a reporter and special features writer for the China Press and as Assistant Director, Curriculum Development Centre, Ministry of Education, Malaysia. He has also worked in state and national government roles, notably as Private Secretary to the Deputy Minister of Youth & Sports and to the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Government of Malaysia. In 2007, he became Managing Director, Maha Pacific Ltd. Dato Dr Vincent is also a quality inspector, external verifier and assessor for the City & Guilds Institute (UK) , international external verifier for the Institute of Leadership & Management (UK) and a Master Trainer (coaching) for the Ministry of Human Resources, Government of Malaysia and he is also a fluent linguist (English, Bahasa Malaysian, Mandarin (Cantonese, Hakka dialects)). He is currently Chief Executive, C & G Consultancy, and Chairman, K Youth Development Centre, Malaysia.
Dr. Yee Hun Leek
Advisor / Head of School of Accounting
Dr. Yee is the founder and managing partner of chartered accountants' firm, YHL & Associates, and the founder and executive director of YHL Consulting Group Sdn. Bhd., a tax and business consultancy company. He is the Technical & Training Consultant of a leading cloud-based audit automation software in Malaysia. He is an approved auditor and tax agent licensed by the Ministry of Finance, with over 25 years of experience in audit, tax, accounting and consultancy services. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor of a private University College and an Adjunct Associate Professor of a private University in Malaysia. He is one of MIA's representatives on the interview panel for approved company auditors.
Dr Yee holds a BSc in Economics, majoring in Management Studies from University of London; an MSc in Accounting & Finance from University of Gloucestershire, UK; and a PhD in Accounting & Finance from Curtin University, Australia. He is a fellow member of ACCA (UK), a Chartered Accountant of MIA, member of ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants, and associate member of CTIM. He is also a Certified Practitioner in Consulting of the Association of International Management, UK, and a Certified Consultant of the Asian Management Association (Singapore).
